Fundy Capital Management Inc. is one of Toronto's reputable, fully integrated investment management companies. Founded in 1999, our business focus has been on the acquisition, development, ownership and operation of investment-grade retail, office, industrial and multi-family residential properties in Canada.
Our passion lies in creating a market niche by buying undervalued properties with an optimal blend of debt & equity. We currently manage over $150 million of capital invested across multiple funds.

Fundy Capital invests in three real estate asset classes which management views as three separate operating segments. Fundy Capital invests in office, industrial and residential properties and acquires properties in Canada.

The Office segment is comprised of 10 properties throughout Atlantic Canada, with an average lease term to maturity of 8.5 years as of June 30, 2023. The Office portfolio is leased on a long-term basis to creditworthy tenants, with 80.8% of office revenue from tenants with investment grade ratings.
